Free Shipping Policy:
Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders over $200. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer. Offer is not valid with any other promotion. Offer is only valid on one shipping address, multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. Standard Shipping:
Standard Delivery is guaranteed within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases your order will arrive within a couple of days. All orders from southmoonunder.com are shipped via UPS or USPS from our Berlin, MD location. We offer standard and premium delivery.
Standard shipping costs are as follows:
Orders up to $30 shipping charge $7
Orders up to $50 shipping charge $8
Orders up to $100 shipping charge $9
Orders up to $150 shipping charge $10
Orders up to $200 shipping charge $11
Orders up to $500 shipping charge $12
Orders over $500 shipping charge $13
An additional $7 charge will be added to any orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $30. South Moon Under is not responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs.
Express Shipping:
Add $26 to the standard shipping cost.
Express Delivery is guaranteed in 2 days in some cases it will arrive the next day.
Express Shipping Policy:
Premium Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 1:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST, will technically be processed the following business day, allowing an additional day for guaranteed delivery. Please note orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.
Premium Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States . Premium delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street location to receive your order.
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
- UPS does not require a signature upon delivery. UPS will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified.
- If you have further instructions for UPS please indicate so at “customer notes” during your payment process.
Over Sized Products
An additional surcharge may be added to over sized items upon South Moon Under’s discretion. This charge will be noted in the product description.
